For International orders please contact us for shipping costs,  Tolls, taxes and other fees are not indicated and may be payable on international orders.

By visiting our website / or purchasing from our online store you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

We make every effort to display the items as accurately as possible, however colours may vary depending on your monitor and browser type. If you are unsure please contact us.

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 24 hours ( Mon- Friday) , orders placed before 1pm we will endevour to dispatch the same day.  If for any reason we are unable to do so we will contact you.  For bespoke items you will be notified of lead-time and kept updated on order status.

By agreeing to purchase from us you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. 

If you are unsatisfied with your goods for any reason please contact us.

Returns policy

All goods are checked before dispatch and every effort is taken to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not happy with your product you must advise us and return the item within 14 days, the goods must be returned to us in saleable condition. You must provide proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of items. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to error on our part. We do not accept returns on bespoke items.  

 

We reserve the right to charge additional carriage charges on your order. You will be notified of additional carriage charges if required.

We only use your personal information to process your order, Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, email address and payment information. Your payment details are encrypted, we do not store this information.
